Peter Andrews

Peter Andrews has over 25 years of senior executive strategic, operational, financial and transitional management experience with a focus in the technology sectors. Peter was the founder, CEO and Chairman of In-Touch Survey Systems, a software/hardware technology company and the first market research company to develop and use kiosks for data collection. After growing In-Touch from startup to IPO, Peter was engaged by venture capital investors to turn around, grow and sell Grantium, Inc., an international enterprise software company; the market leader in Enterprise Grants Management software. Subsequently, Peter made the decision to focus his knowledge and experience into helping other business leaders find success. He has been directly engaged in the negotiation of company financing, acquisitions and divestitures, strategic and operational planning and executive coaching delivering pragmatic results based management and guidance to his clients. Peter holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and serves on the boards of private and public companies and not for profit organizations. He is the volunteer president of Epilepsy Ottawa Carleton and Director of Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance.

Raffi Azadian

Raffi brings to Range Advisors over 17 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, M&A, and corporate finance.  He has worked with leading investment funds, banks and lending institutions, and other funding sources to finance businesses in a wide range of industries. Raffi also brings deep commercial financing expertise, including asset-based credit facilities, equipment and inventory finance, and accounts receivable and purchase order finance. Raffi has been an investor, board member and operational executive in a number of business enterprises, ranging from technology start-ups to Global 100 companies, which has provided him with an intimate understanding of the goals and concerns of entrepreneurs and managers. Raffi graduated from New York University, majoring in Economics and Organizational Behavior & Communications.  He currently resides in New York City, where he is active in various charitable causes.

John-Peter Bradford

John-Peter is an experienced CEO and board member of both publicly listed and private companies. As a strategic advisor to senior management, organizational doctor and deal maker, he specializes in early stage, growth and restructuring situations.

In the public sector, John-Peter served as principal advisor to senior management in restructuring, quality enhancement and infrastructure renewals of the House of Commons, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Canadian Commercial Corporation, the Medical Research Council of Canada, HRDC (nationally and regionally), Immigration Refugee Board, and others. He also coordinated the development of the Inuit land claim that was presented to the Trudeau government in 1976. This was the basis for the eventual formation of Nunavut, Canada’s newest territory. As senior advisor at the Inuit Cultural Institute, he contributed significantly to UNESCO’s guidelines for the conduct of research and exploration in the North.

Kate Fan

Kate is an Associate and Controller at Sinclair Range. She has over 10 years of accounting and finance experience in Canada and China and received her CPA, CGA designation in 2008.  Kate has varied industry experience, gained from working in public and private accounting with Oakville Hydro Corporation, Ernst & Young and Range Corporate Advisors.

Mike Frawley

Mike Frawley is a highly accomplished leader in the global commodity market and banking community with an exceptional track record of building and expanding profitable commodity financial services trading and sales teams across several continents.
Mike Frawley is Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Newgate Asset Management LLC.  Formerly Mike was with Cargill Inc, Jefferies Bache and Newedge Group.  At Cargill, Mike was Head of the New York office and Managing Director Head of Base Metals Trading and Sales.  At Jefferies Bache, Mike was Vice Chairman and Global Head of Metals, Energy and Listed Product Sales.  Mike has more than 20 years of banking and brokerage experience focused on the global commercial commodities marketplace, in particular metals.  Mike joined Newedge Group when Calyon Financial merged with Fimat.  At Newedge/Calyon, Mike was an Executive Vice President, Global Head of Metals for 15 years.  At Newedge Mike developed world leading metals businesses.  Mike was twice elected to the London Metal Exchange as Board Director.  Mike serves on a number of industry and trade association boards, including being Chairman of Sinclair Range Inc.

Olga Jilani

Olga joined Sinclair Range’s predecessor, Range Corporate Advisors, as a Senior Associate in July 2013. Previously, Olga spent over two and a half years as an investment banking analyst at Dundee Capital Markets, focusing on traditional and alternative financing, troubled company corporate finance management and M&A transactions in the metals & mining, fertilizer and forestry sectors. Olga graduated with an Honours Bachelor Degree in International Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business and concentrated on natural resource management during her exchange term at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Olga speaks fluent Russian and conversational French and Hindi.

Ray Kindiak

Raymond Kindiak has over 25 years of combined capital markets, operational and legal experience in restructuring, financing and acquisitions of private start-up companies through to public companies with $1.5 billion in annual revenues. Ray has worked at leading Canadian brokerage firms as an analyst and investment banker. He has championed mandates in numerous industry sectors including technology, pharmaceutical, real estate and hospitality.
Ray has also executed mandates in an operating capacity, as chief financial officer, in corporate development and as legal counsel. He has strategized, drafted and carried out operational and turnaround plans reporting to presidents, boards of directors and investment fund managers.
Ray is a member of the Bar in the province of Ontario. In community service, Ray has done extensive immigration outreach work and is actively involved in not-for-profit organizations helping disadvantaged groups.

James Olive

Jim has over 40 years experience as an operations focused executive in mining, milling, materials processing and handling, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, physical commodities trading and product formulation and development. He is a recognized world-wide expert in graphite and carbon products and has recently developed enabling technologies for the production of advanced carbon materials.
Jim has served as Director, CEO, President and COO of various public companies including TSX listed producing mines. Jim is an outstanding Interim President or Interim COO who can bring positive change in difficult or troubled situations, particularly in manufacturing, general industrial, mining or milling operations.

Jay Richardson

James A. (Jay) Richardson is a Canadian Chartered Accountant (1970), a Singapore Certified Public Accountant (1986) and a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association of the United Kingdom. He has practiced as a Partner of Clarkson Gordon Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young, Canada and Singapore) and a Partner of KPMG (UK) prior to establishing his own practice as a company doctor in Toronto, Canada in 1993. Specializing in interim management in troubled situations, he has served as the CEO or Chairman of listed public companies on five occasions and in many other CFO and private company situations. He has extensive public company governance experience from over a dozen Board memberships, having served as Interim Chairman of the Argus Corporation. In his very extensive charitable and community activities he is most commonly associated with the visual arts, having served among others as the Chairman of the Royal Canadian Academy Foundation.

Scott Sinclair

Scott has practiced over twenty-five years in all areas of investment and merchant banking and has participated in corporate finance transactions, including financings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and informal and formal restructurings totaling approximately $25 billion in transaction value. He is an established professional in business and securities valuation and has provided valuation related professional services in areas such as: fairness opinions; corporate reorganizations; acquisitions, mergers and divestitures; going-private, issuer bids and insider bids; going public; income tax; minority appraisal rights; quantification of economic damages; and family law.
Scott is a CPA, CA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He is a recognized author in the fields of financing, business valuation and turnaround management and a frequent speaker on related topics.
Scott has been Director of several public and private corporations in Canada, US and Europe and has advised companies and their shareholders in over thirty countries. He acts as an advisor to clients of Sinclair Range and often works as an Interim CEO, President, CFO, CRO or CRA for clients requiring turnaround assistance or management transition.
